The Northfield Housing and Redevelopment Association (HRA) strives to address the housing needs of the entire community. This is accomplished by working collaboratively with our partners to identify needs and gaps, and assist in areas the private market may be unable to serve due to cost burdens.
The HRA has assisted with several development and redevelopment projects over the past 10-plus years. By using federal, state, and local resources, as well as partnerships and collaborative efforts, we are able to provide the community with an array of opportunities.
